Security Deposit Refund Policy
Transparent, fair and hassle-free security deposit refund process for all residents staying at LIVO PG.
Refund Eligibility
Residents who successfully complete their agreed accommodation period and clear all outstanding dues are eligible for a refundable security deposit subject to inspection and policy compliance.
Room Inspection
A detailed inspection of the room, furniture, mattress, locker, keys, electrical items and fixtures will be conducted before processing any refund.
Refund Timeline
After successful room clearance and verification, eligible deposits are processed within 7 working days from the resident's checkout date.
Applicable Deductions
Damage Assessment Policy
Any damage caused to furniture, fixtures, walls, electrical items, mattresses, lockers, doors, windows or other LIVO PG property shall be assessed by management. Actual repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Violation of PG Rules
- Unauthorized Occupancy
- Missing Inventory Items
- Pending Utility Charges
- Incomplete Documentation
Management Decision
The final refundable amount shall be determined after inspection and verification by LIVO PG management. Residents may request a deduction summary for complete transparency.
